A message from your Board:
"We apologize for any inconvenience the recent change to the payment
may have caused. If you have not already done so, please update any bill
services with the new payment address:

In order to assist those homeowners affected by this
change, payments made
before February 10th will not incur the $50 demand notice fee.
If you wish to appeal the $30 late payment charge you will need to
appeal form. The
considers written appeals each month in executive session."

On Saturday, March 15th starting at 7:00 AM, we will have our
Spring Community Garage Sale Day. It will be for one day only
officially keeping the neighborhood clear of outside traffic on
Sunday. The HOA will obtain the community permit, so you donít
need to do it individually. We are working on having a
volunteer organization pick up any goods that donít sell and
would normally be donated on Sunday and Monday after the Garage
Sale Day is over. Check the website for any updated info
regarding this event, and email
any specific questions.

Pool Status is OPEN!!!
New homeowners who
have not yet picked up a pool key may pick one up free of charge at the
management company's office. Homeowners that have lost their key
may pay $25 for a replacement key. Please contact Renaissance with
any questions. You may also contact the Maricopa County's non-emergency
office for any issues that may arise at 602-876-5065.

I just wanted to send out a big THANK
YOU to all of the vendors and sponsors for your
participation in our Fall CortinaFest HOA Community event on
A bit of wind was a deterrent but thank you for hanging
in there, it turned out to be a beautiful day.
Our Spring Event is tentatively scheduled for April 12,
2014 but we will let you all know once we confirm it.
Mark your calendars!
The Cortina HOA will be reaching out to you once we are
past the holidays hoping to have you participate again.
If you want to reserve a spot right now, please let me
know. We try to keep the competing vendors to a minimum
so if you have participated in previous events, and
"sign up" now by just emailing back to me, we will do
our best to keep like vendors from having to compete.
